one of the oldest shopping malls in Qatar & one of the most preferred shopping destinations for Doha residents due its unique location & accessibility  with approximate public areas of 12000 sqm.

 Design Concept:

 The main concept of the exterior design was changing the exterior style completely from traditional gulf style to bold modern design using strong straight lined elements with deep contrasted colors, adding new iconic entrances , proposing new  signage & media panels to launch the new scheme of the mall.

 the interior design concept was studied carefully to  create a modern & bright atmosphere   to maintain the same shopping experience  of the existing mall. The success of our design was in proposing full renovation concept with the minimum changes & demolishing possible to the existing building.
